i found the location quite convenient near excellent restaurants. the metro was very accessible near the hotel. i could easily walk to popular sites such as the louvre and notre dame. i thought the hotel was in great condition with a great sofa bed pull out for kids.

the room service and cleaning were inconsistent throughout my stay and i had to wait longer than expected to receive a bath cap after requesting it

during the stay, the breakfast buffet had some items that weren't at the ideal temperature. the juice was a bit warm, and the sausages and potatoes were cooling off near the end. it wasn't a HUGE issue, just something to note!
